It's not my favorite version of steak, but it is one of the versions of steak that I very much enjoy. And we had a fantastic family dinner at the HOPR. The experience was well worth it.

Yeah, my favorite is ribeye. Which is also best when leaning towards rare / med rare, and fatty.
