Duck frites!!! Large order of our sweet potato fries, 24 hour duck confit, griddled curds, cranberry, chive mayo, crispy local kale and crispy skin. Served with a dry aged pan roasted duck breast and sauce bordelaise. Duck ain't cheap but this is big enough to share!

I had some beers they called pilsners in Vienna, a bit light for me.   I think the type was started by Juan Pilsner in Madrid.   Kinda like Bud Lite.

For reference, "Pho" is not pronouced as "foe" in Vietnamese...
