Plenty of beef from FL (9th-most in the US).

There's also a bison herd in north-central FL.  Betcha didn't know that.

I knew about the Bison herd. I've eaten some of it (at The Perfect Caper) as it goes on special at some places around here.

I figured FL was in the top-10 for producing beef. You see a lot of beef in the open areas even close by. I've had that too. It's not very good.

Gimme my Iowa/Nebraska beef and I'm happy.

I don't know that I've seen any corn down here. I'd think that it would be really hard to grow. You could probably plant between September and March, but there is very little rain in that time. Corn takes a ton of water.
