2003 I believe. Maroney was a freshman I think.

2003 Minnesota
QB - Asad Abdul-Khaliq:  2400 yds with 17 TD/5 INT...162 pass rating
RB - Marion Barber III:  1200 yds 17 TD
RB - Laurence Maroney:  1100 yds 10 TD
WR - Jared Ellerson:  900 yds @ 21 per catch

You could even go 3 RB deep with Thomas Tapeh, who had 11 TDs and 900 yds the previous season.

That team went 10-3 and beat Wisconsin. 

The Goophs wouldn't beat Wisconsin again until 2018, and wouldn't win 10 games again until 2019 (11-2).
