I remember visiting my first 'UW system school' some weekend in my teens and thinking,  whoa this place is heavy drinking.  then you realize,  there is no difference,  Whitewater, LaCrosse, Eau Claire, Stevens Point, Oshkosh, Madison, to say nothing of the privates,  St Norbert,  Marquette, Ripon.   .
