Disagree with #6.  They don't play very often at all, there was a time when it was a big deal but that expired 30 years ago, or at least 20 years ago.  Plus, it's been extremely lopsided for OU over that time frame.  
I would put Texas A&M/Texas above USC/UCLA.  The PAC died because nobody gave a shit about PAC football when PAC football was a thing.  They don't care now either.  
Harvard/Yale is just dumb.

To me, rivalries have different attributes, and ranking them hinges on how one ranks those attributes:

1.  Tradition
2.  National significance over the years
3.  Local intensity of "hate" (because the teams are in the same general locale)
4.  W:L balance
5.  Unique features if any (neutral site, etc.)

I'd put OSU-Michigan first because they rank pretty high on all but 5.

No way I deem 70% of Louisiana's roads to be acceptably rough.  

You can't even fly over that state without the plane hitting turbulent air pockets.

It would be nice to know which programs have more NIL money than others to the point they can show up high in recruiting rankings.

We could see say a Virginia suddenly showing up, some day.  Probably not.
