Scrambled eggs con chorizo, huevos rancheros, migas, chilaquiles, or just some straight up enchiladas with fried egg on top.  These are all excellent breakfasts.

Haven't been to Dayne's but I've had plenty of brisket kolaches and brisket and egg breakfast tacos all over town.  They're quite delicious.

Dayne's is only less than an hour drive from my brother's place in Colleyville
I suggested he check it out while riding his motorcycle some time.

Can't do it.  I enjoy breakfast food at non-breakfast times of the day, but I can't eat non-breakfast food at breakfast.
