I've been to 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15,18, 19, most for enough time to tour the place.  Paris would be at the top, for me, on that list.  I didn't find Istanbul or Tokyo to be notably "beautiful", at all, Rio was nice in spots, terrible in spots, Singapore, OK I see it.  NYC?  Not really. Barcelona OK.  They all have waterways of some note.

I didn't see much of Luxor, our tour was of the main temple and street there, but what I did see was trash filled third world desert ugly.

What we saw of Singapore was nice, clean, a lot of green spaces, interesting buildings, water of course.  Rio geographically is spectacular, but parts of the place are really nasty bad.  Istanbul is kind of the same.
