I stopped at one once, wondered about inside, my wife did NOT like it, at all, won't go back ever, which I thought a bit extreme.

I'm not impressed or a fan, but if someone I'm traveling with wants to stop, I'd walk around a bit.  Probably not buy anything.

It's a convenience store.  They have nice bathrooms.  I don't understand people who love it, and I don't understand people who hate it.

Most of them are large with a lot of gas pumps that are spaced out and have high awnings, which makes it easy to stop at, whilst towing my RV.  Truck stops are also easy to stop at, whilst towing my RV, but the restrooms generally are pretty gross.

My wife didn't like the smell inside, the food smell.  The bathrooms are very clean.  I had no problem with the place, she did.

Some Bucees are much smaller than others.  There's one in between Austin and Corpus that's nothing more than a normal sized convenience store on the inside, but with really clean bathrooms.

I meant to type smell.  I thought the smell was, well, food stuff, brisket and whatnot, but she found it objectionable.

I've never been to one, but any ideas I had that the notoriety of any gas station has a low ceiling was wrong, lol.  For whatever reason, Buc-cees seems to be a whole big thing.  As a gas station.  

This is how bored we are as a society, lol.

I saw the logo many times before finding anything out about it.  "Gas station merch" isn't a phrase I thought would ever exist.  Wrong again!

I kind of make a connection between it and Monster energy drink.  Tons of people have a hoodie or a bumper sticker on their car.....of an energy drink.

Shrug.  It doesn't actually matter, but it seems odd and sort of unimpressive to me.  But alas, everything doesn't have to be impressive.
