Any other physical activity besides more steps?

Not really.  I have 10 acres of property to take care of, and that boosts the weekend steps, and physical exertion.

Brought my Airpods to work today, and will walk around the complex for an hour.

I have a lot of muscle for some reason, but didn't do much to get it, nor retain it.  Good genetics I guess.

Gonna check out Oregon State's beisbol team this evening.  I've seen a few west coast baseball powers at LSU over the years, but never Oregon State.  Though I won't be rooting for the Beavers, they are why I'm going.

So, question about that.  I see two highway signs, one for US Hwy 60 and the ones on the pumps that say US Hwy 66.  Hwy 20 goes through NW Iowa, but the famous Route 66 does not.  Are they there just for some Americana decoration?

Showed up to work this morning, and Facilities was in our building and the custodian told me I should go talk to them.  They're stripping and waxing the floors this week and need us to stay off of them for 48 hours.  They were starting down at the unused end of the building, and my office would be the first they come to, and they'd be working towards other co-workers from there.  Said they might not make it as far as my office today, but they're coming, and not sure when.

A quick email to the boss about what the next move is, and we're all working from home this week.  Nice.

Would've been nicer if somebody had communicated this to us before I drove nearly an hour to work this morning, but still.....
