So, we go to Costco, which we do every few weeks, fill up the tank at $2.70 per, which is pretty good, and I'm bopping around the wine section, bought about ten btls, and I see this fellow next to it selling grills. He motions for me to come over, my wife is somewhere else, so I stroll over and say "We can only have electric where we live.".
Lo and behold, one of his grills is a pellet/electric. Fancy schmacy Traeger grills. He launches into his spill and frankly I'm hooked, but figure my wife will veto my notion, so I'm safe. Anyway, I listen more and it is pretty neat, and he says it would be allowed in our condo. Then my wife shows up and starts putting stuff in a cart, which is not our cart, but we sort that out, and I show her the grill. Turns out she likes it. The guy throws in a grill cover (for free) and a small bottle of special umobtanium spices, AND it's $50 off, only in Costco. So, now it's sitting on our deck, I just preseasoned it. It also can be powered by a car battery, which I might never use. Ours is slightly different from this.
