Just got back from our trip to SD to see my in-laws; most of whom we have not seen in ten years or so. Had a wonderful time with all but two of hubby's sisters. (there are a total of four girls and two boys in the family). Watched the fireworks Friday evening at the park got up early and took two days coming back to Lincoln, so some alone time for us. Averaged 29 mpg and managed to spend less than $150 over the 5 days we were gone. Yay! MIL is very fragile and I am glad we made the time to get up there to see her - might be the last time.
Got home and the kitty cats were so excited to see us-all curled up next to hubby right now. Great day.
