This is as much of a problem for 'ol Urb as him quitting on his team. Keep in mind the league leader in rushing, the Brownies, have 189 YPG on the ground.

The Urbs one was never gonna be that kinda thing. Who knows with Gruden? He’s been middling for a while, and he wasn’t exactly hired for reasons that made a ton of sense.
I think the only reason he was hired because the last time the Raiders were any good he was their head coach. But that also happened to be like 20 years ago, so.

And he’s out. Really never got the whole Gruden fan club thing. He won in TB with Dungy's guys, sucked bad after that and got run off.

Seems like a lovey guy.

Tough to disagree with his opinions on Roger Goodell tho.

It's crazy to think someone would act differently in private than in the public eye.  I'm sure he's the only one.

May be an image of 1 person, playing football and text that says 'NFL Removes All Coaches, Players, Fans Who Have Ever Said A Bad Word, Only Tim Tebow Remains Sports October 14th, 2021 BabylonBee.com'
