That's the best thing you can do to increase the value of your home.  Maybe get it appraised when it's done?

I've been involved in Real Estate since I was little and you rent/sell kitchens and bathrooms in that order. Even people who NEVER cook want a nice kitchen because they think they are going to start.

And they obsess over hosting/entertaining and ignore the other 99.9% of their lives in the home.

There was a CO2 leak and I haven't gotten the tank refilled, so right now I've got a fridge full of beer but no gas to push it lol...

I wish we had done that. There is some room in one spot, I think, and I'm going to look into it. Getting water to it might just rule it out though (concrete floor).
