That’s what started it - Brennan briefed Obama and team about Hillary’s plan to frame Trump in late July 2016 IIRC.  

And now we know the Steele Dossier was included with the Intelligence Assessment, with Obama’s approval.

A bigger budget for ICE than the FBI, DEA, ATF, US Marshals, & Bureau of Prisons combined is retarded and absolutely insane. They are increasing spending with this bill, not cutting spending. Therefore I am against it.
