When @OrangeAfroMan says that poor and middle class people are "voting against their interests" by supporting R's I just think of this list (and lots more, of course):
  • Open Borders are bad for America but they are particularly bad for the lower classes because they compete directly for jobs and services with unskilled immigrants. 
  • Defunding the Police is particularly bad for the lower classes because they can't escape crime by hiding out in gated upper-class suburbs.  For limousine liberals it doesn't matter. 
  • Men playing women's sports is so silly that to even have to discuss it is absurd.  Same with all the "(She/Her)" and "(He/Him)" that I see in emails and whatnot, tampons in boys bathrooms, 'boys can have babies', etc.

Just have to disagree with you about poor rural people.   Lower taxes, lower gas and food prices, no taxes on tips or overtime- those aren’t bad things for anyone.  And that list goes on.

The polling is clear.  It’s hard to get 80% of Americans To agree on anything.
