If US, China, or Russia can't broker this.....don't see who can. UK is seen as just a US sock puppet (because they are) - scratch them. Canada might also be too closely tied to US empire for the other side to trust. Maybe need a Latin American or Asian country that doesn't like America, Israel, or Iran to mediate? Mexico? Anyone got any candidates?
