Priorities is why I don't have a Shelby Cobra 427. I vowed to have one (a kit car) within 10 years of graduation. I'm about 2.5x that now, and no Cobra. Stupid priorities.
Based on how big you are, you would never fit into a Shelby Cobra. I have a neighbor who bought one last year. He is a large man, 6-2 with a big muscular build, a life-long farmer. To see him get in and out of that car is fun to watch. He's offered me rides, but there is no way I would ever fit into it.

But like you, that is my dream car.

a 62 vette was a dream car for me

I was born in 62

after sitting in one, I changed my mind.

I'm not a big guy - 5'10" 190

Yeah, that's possibly true. I don't know to what extent some of the kit versions are more or less roomy than others.

If I actually decided I had the money and the time to put into the process, I'd have to do a lot of research to see if there exists a single one of them in the world that I could fit into without cutting off limbs.

Secret Service Director Cheatle resigns after Trump assassination attempt (thehill.com)
should’ve been fired within 48 hours but we all know Joe ain’t running the show….dude has no clue what flavor of ice cream he ordered 10 minutes ago let alone what’s going on in his administration.

hopefully the new SS director is someone with military/protection background and not a DEI hire from PepsiCo whose only qualification for the job is securing bags of Cheetos and cases of Mountain Dew….

I read somewhere that she was a friend of Dr. Jill. Don't know if that is true. Who knows anymore.

Passenger seat. My wife doesn't golf, so it's not like she's going to be using that seat.

As an aside, I regularly do see a Shelby Cobra parked at my local course, and while I've never seen the driver, I'm just assuming they're putting their clubs in the passenger seat..

Sooooo Kamalala breaking records for campaign funds raised within 48 hours of Biden resigning from his 2024 re-election bid and endorsing her….on Twitter with a written and digitally signed statement no less.

No press conference. No public video broadcast address to the American people or to the nearly 15 million registered democrats who voted for him in the primary.

I am still shocked Joe actually relinquished power of the party. Someone like that doesn’t just give up power- and just days before he was dug in and fighting saying he’s not going anywhere.

Can’t help but seem like this was the obvious plan all along by the mega-donors and DNC elites all in order to insure there was never a true and open primary.

Joe’s ass been senile- everyone knew it. This isn’t exactly a new and breaking development….why was the pressure not brought to bear and put him on him to step down and have open primaries?

My two cents: they didn’t want to have to face RFK Jr and have him bulldoze Kamala, Mayor Buttplug, or Gavin Newsome and hijack the party and take it over the same way in which Trump did the GOP. And make no mistake, Kennedy would’ve. Not sure what the polls are now but back in January when the primaries were going on RFK Jr had the highest favorable rating of any politician running for president AND the lowest unfavorable rating.

Seems like a scam to subvert democracy to me. Nobody wanted Kamala. And nobody gets a say in it now.

Just seems so weird to me, because I think RFK Jr would have a great shot at beating Trump, while I think Harris will probably  lose.

Honestly if I'm forced to choose a terribly unhealthy snack option, it's probably Fritos with Bean Dip and an RC Cola.

Kennedy would have a rough time with his pro-polio message
