They may get the forms, but still be unable to actually register.  The forms might be in some standardized packet of forms, I don't have details.  I know around here it's not easy to get a DL or register to vote without some evidence of citizenship.  Getting a form to register is not the same as registering.

well lets just hope for the sake of this Country that only eligible voters will vote and that means they have to be alive at the time they vote

There are always a few illegals who vote, usually because they were confused, and rare that a dead person is voted.  The numbers are quite small, if you believe the Secretaries of State.

And some ballots get miscounted, it's a human endeavor.

The larger problem I think for local elections if ballot harvesting, of the illegal kind.

I don't know if he said that, literally, he has implied it.  I'd argue the problem is that his supporters think that is the case.

I love how all of his BS in 2016 about the election being rigged just went away when he won.  Fucking absurd.
