My guess is they turn SS loose at the scene, he's probably already warming up and at the tee.

According to the Louisville Department of Corrections website, Scheffler has been released. The AP reported that he’s back at the course now, a couple hours after the arrest. +

Scheffler was released around 8:40 a.m. His attorney said it would be up to Scheffler if he plays today, ESPN reported.
The PGA Championship said online that the second round would be delayed due to the accident near the course.

One hole, one birdie

Of course. Scottie Scheffler misses the fairway on No. 10, layups to a comfortable distance and stiffs his third. He taps in for birdie and gets to 5 under and four behind Xander Schauffele.

Word is that the officer feared for his life. Everyone knows Scottie is absolutely deadly with his irons.

Lots more information coming out. I'm gonna bet that all charges will be dropped. Read this elsewhere, and I agree:

If I'm Scottie, I'm telling the City of Louisville to get that checkbook ready.... and you can all but guarantee this will be the last time the PGA will ever be in Louisville again.

Picking up the "cheese" discussion from the other thread-- I'm thinking about making my own cheese.  I looked it up and it doesn't look particularly difficult, though it does look rather time-consuming.

Any of y'all ever make your own cheese?

I've heard feta is the easiest to make and thought about making some, but never really got beyond a stray thought. Plus Costco sells it for like 6 bucks for a big tub.
