Does anyone else get really annoyed by people who include "<time zone> standard time" when scheduling things when we're on DST?
I just had it happen with a customer, so I couldn't snarkily correct them. But they were wanting to schedule a meeting for 4:30 EST in a little over a week.
So... Will it show up on my calendar at 1:30 PDT? I think it will. But 4:30 EST will be 12:30 PDT.
I'm pretty sure they asked about 4:30 EST because they don't realize what that S means and that we're not currently on it.
I just replied and said "4:30 Eastern will work for me".
