On a lark, I e subscribed to the local paper, it was a buck a week or something to start.  So, it comes, it's all colorful and glossy on the screen, but full of junk of no interest to me.  Well, shoot.  I go on line to cancel, no way, you have to call.
I call and get the usual menu and finally peck my way to a cancel option.  I sit on Musak for 4 minutes and some lady answers and asks for my information, OK, and asks why I want to cancel, OK, and then says she has to transfer me.  I get a bit annoyed.  She transfers me, 4 more minutes of Musak, finally get another person, have to give my same personal info again, answer same question.  FINALLY get it cancelled.  I hope.
