Masks don't generally bother me. I don't mind not getting the flu. So I may keep wearing one when I go to the grocery store. But I'm not judging those who don't either. The only time I've found it overly restrictive is coaching baseball. It's hot, and with young kids, they respond to your facial expressions as much as what you actually say. There were so many times I tried to praise a kid, and I could tell from his face that he thought I was yelling at him.
Like I said, I still wear a mask into grocery stores, but I was the first coach to drop a mask last summer. When one of the assistants asked me if we didn't have to anymore, I noted the commissioner was unmasked coaching his team on an adjacent field, and I was willing to stand up to any parent who challenged it.
I can just feel the tension between the masked and unmasked in the grocery stores, and I want that to end. Can't both be ok with their choices?
