If a company's SALES go up a lot, their profit usually will follow, without price gouging. Sales volume is a major creator of profit, you have to sell "X" units to break even, and everything over "X" is going to be highly profitable because your fixed costs are already paid for (labor, overhead, insurance, etc.).
Restaurants that are sit down only because of their food are going to get hurt in any shut down scenario. Fast food, pizza places, Chipotles of the world, will fare better in comparison.
