I've been to the Westgate Sports book, it's nice.  I'm not really sure how to compare them, though.  
Lots of comfortable seating, anyway.

    first deployed the nuclear option in 2013 to block Republican filibusters of President Obama's appointments to lower courts and government positions. However, they left the filibuster in place for the Supreme Court.

Just got an offer of 4 free nights at excaliber.  They do on occassion still give things free.  Though even on free room you still have to pay the ubiquitous resort fees.

I've seen some good reviews of that one, though apparently you have to take the monorail to get to it. We'll see how adventurous I am early in the morning
