Just responding to commercials now, lol......John Legend seems to be a very famous person.  I don't know if I've ever heard a song of his.  Ever.  I'm sure it's lovely or whatever, but where would someone take in a song of his?

He's not a favorite of mine, but he's OK.


At one point in 2013, a friend posted a video of "All of Me" playing nearly simultaneously in 5 different Twin Cities radio stations.

He's not a favorite of mine either, but that's probably because of the aforementioned overexposure.

Sometimes I'm astounded at the ignorance of mainstream pop culture 'round here.

I mean, I know the demographic. I don't expect any of you to be able to sing along to Cardi B's WAP feat. Megan Thee Stallion.

But never even having heard of John Legend? That would be like CD in his youth saying "Frank who? Sinatra? Sorry, doesn't ring a bell."

The only reason I know of him is his appearances as a judge on The Voice. I no longer watch that show since Blake Shelton and Adam Levine left. They were fun.
