I logged on to my health insurance plan stuff today and was surprised to see it had ended 12/31/2021. Huh, was still paying for it.
So, I go to CHAT and get someone who says "Yup, coverage was dropped, you have to call your employer."
I have no phone number for that, so she gives me one she thinks might work. I call, and listen to an endless menu of options, blah blah blah, none of them right, finally get a real person who figures out they dropped me and added me to some other plan.
That led to more teeth gnashing and run about, if I got a letter I threw it out as tripe. Finally I manage to log onto the new site and do have coverage, so I suppose it ended well, after a lot of burfle I dislike.
