Meanwhile, former Wolverine RB Zach Charbonet is running all over Hawaii for UCLA.  Couple of TDS already.
I feel like this is more about Hawaii than anything else.

I'm happy for him. He's going to do well in Champaign. He's the perfect fit for them.

Other observations here...

After UNL got within 8 points, why do you not do an onside kick? Then, why do you wait until there is almost a minute left to start calling your timeouts? Bad management there, in my opinion.

If I'm Trev Alberts, not only am I a jackass, but I'm firing Frost on the plane ride home. I've seen enough here.

Probably.  But he is one of 3 RBs on UCLA with carries so far, and he has 30% of the carries. But he has over 100 yards, and 3 tds.   More Thant other 2 combined- and then some.
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

His performance against the Illini improved by ten points from last year to this year, losing by 8 instead of 18. So that's technically "improvement."

29-9  Mullen
12-21  Frost
11-21  Kelly
.
Sooooo, 3 things.
1 - Frost still has a better record at UNL than Chip Kelly does at UCLA.
2 - Frost would have to go 37-1 in his next 38 games to equal Harbaugh's record at UM.  Maybe Michigan fans can chill on that.
3 - No, 29-9 isn't "good enough" at Florida.  We need some hardware.

I'd have installed it for this season.
Because:
a - your QB is the fastest guy on the field
b - your QB isn't much of a thrower
c - the HC ran the option to perfection in college

If not now, when?
You are onto something. A triple option offense could be installed almost overnight. It is not that difficult to learn. And, while it is not that difficult to defend, there are not many old school coaches left who learned how to defend it.
