One nice thing on a cruise is getting omelettes made your way.  

We have one in September, transAtlantic.  I've been looking at river cruises, but there is a LOT of bait and switch with them by outside groups.

pretty sure my intake of beef, pork, seafood, and other forms of chicken give me plenty of protein

I suppose eggs could help with the nine essential amino acids
