It's maddening how often that particular error happens. I'm not an insider; don't actually know how it is, but I am guessing that whereas the review room needs to be militarily regimented (alert, rigorous, fast), it generally feels like they're lounging ("oh, what?, should I call down, let me look, hmm ... oops they snapped").
I hear that job goes to retirees. Maybe they are great and I am undervaluing. But the symptoms and that fact does not inspire confidence.
It at least used to.  Dick Hoenig, who was a ref for a while, then retired and opened his own reffing goods store in Ann Arbor, was one of the initial one.  I believe he's the one who beefed the Brandon Minor call in 2008, where the pilon was laying out of bounds and Minor landed on it well out of bounds, and he overturned the call in perhaps the worst replay overturn of all time

It's that an joke-estimate or precisely the case? I know the real answer is bad but am not sure if it's also pitiful.

After the replay of the previous play showed a straight up tackle on the defender, might not want to boo a no PI

Great job limiting PSU to 3.

Meanwhile the LSU Burrows are putting away Georgia.
