It's supposed to be a wet one today in Columbus.  My wife has to work.  I'm gonna try to unload the kids to the neighbors and enjoy what should be a great day of football.
Crap one car is in the shop and Cindy has the other one.Otherwise I'd drive down 71 and keep you company. No I wouldn't then I'd need a designated driver to the hotel. You prolly wouldn't be able to handle my bright insightful IlluminEssensce into the contest - your head would explode.Never mind forget I even mentioned it :017: .Oh and Go Buckeyes

Beautiful morning in the greatest Twin Cities in the world. 55, sunny, a goregeous fall day.

I made it through yesterday's PE exam. Hopefully, in 6 to 8 weeks, I get confirmation from NCEES that I don't need to do that again.
Ya well until you get that DR - we'll treat you like the rest of the rabble - SIR

How's your head feeling? I remember taking those exams. Going in, I figured I'd get out and do some partying afterward.

Nope. All I could do was think about my head hitting the pillow. And my head was so big, I could barely get it in the car to drive home.

EIT was the worst for that.

So you'll treat him like you treat me? He'd probably rather not pass then.

Old fashioned spaghetti and meatballs today. Picked up a meatball recipe from a chef in Rome on our last trip.

I'm glad we had no equivalent to the PE exams.  The Final Oral Exam was "in the bag", or should be.

The Preliminary Oral Exam in year 2 was where chalk met leather, or whatever you say.

Ditto on the spaghetti.   It’s the one thing I make that is a true family recipe, being more than 50% Italian.

Its one one of those deals where everyone who tastes it wants to make it- yet it is incredibly simple
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

I used to eat spaghetti Mon-Tue-Wed.  On Thursday I'd turn it into chili.

That would finish the pot.  On Friday I'd dine at the restaurant in which I had a small interest.

The wife like spaghetti, but not every day she says.  Huh.

I actually walked out of there not nearly as brain dead as I did leaving the EIT exam. I managed to go to Costco and home before I completely unwound from the test.

Heading down to the East River Flats soon. We're limited to parking on the pavement, but we can set up the buckets, tents, grills, etc. on the grass.

The weasels leaving a big, steaming, red turd on the turf in Champaign last week took a lot of the luster off that game. But it's the possibility of the first Gopher win over the weasels in Minneapolis since before I was of legal drinking age.

That's awesome. We took a pasta making class in Rome when we were there. I finally figured out making pasta, which I struggled with just from recipes

And there are companies out there getting $7 for a loaf of bread too.
Bread making is on my "to learn" list. But it's not that high of a priority because we rarely carb it up.
