Today's my dad's bday and he's making pulled pork sliders.  He had the butt on pecan wood smoke overnight, it's resting now.  I'll make some cole slaw and roadhouse-style spuds, and my bro's making charro beans.  We'll watch the Texas game at 2:30, for better or worse.
