No it isn't. The player has to target the head to t trigger the rule. No target no targeting
Uh, yes it is. Pereira even said so. It's a bad rule. Needs to go away.

I didn't here him say that he said the receiver was defenseless and should be called there

Speight doesn't make that throw. The anticipation, accuracy, and ball placement- Speight doesn't have any of that. Threw it early, on target and placed it where Gentry could have a chance to grab and only Gentry. That was the best throw I've seen from a Michigan QB in 2 years.

Pass run run or run run pass. Hit them hard, get up and hit them harder. Pray that after 3 quarters your curb stompers have more gas left than their curb stompers. I swear I saw Bo's ghost on the side line. Just remember he never won a NC. *heavy sigh*

Good effort by purdue, but pretty clear they didn't think they could run the ball on Michigan. I think they will look pretty good against the rest of the B1G

That coaching staff for Purdue is lights out. I think Purdue is going to be a pain in the arse for the rest of the B1G for years to come as long as they hang onto Brohm.

I find that TCU is often overlooked early in the season.
They looked pretty pedestrian vs ohi... erm arky last week.
