this one is for the East, B1G CCG trip, and potential CFB Playoff berth. Having said that....

There is NO WAY that Michigan will beat Ohio State next week. Just ain't happening.

EDIT: changed the title as brand new CFP rankings out. Ohio State #2, Michigan #5. This is a battle of the top 5. IN ANN ARBOR. First time that's happened since 1997. YOWZAS.

This is different Michigan team. Everyone sees it. Harbaugh finally has the team he wanted to have. There is NO WAY Ohio State is going to go up to Ann Arbor and get a win this year.

nice try pal- but your WR's are going to run wild on this defense. I ain't buying it.

This will probably be the highest rated game on tv all year. IF Michigan pulls off a miracle upset- I'll eat a dirty sock and film it. Just ain't happening.

We couldn't block Nebraska or Penn State no way we are blocking Hutchinson and company. Sounds like the board needs to come up with the dirtiest sock possible and mail it to you ASAP.

match-up could very well come down to OSU's OT's vs Hutchinson & Ojabo. Stroud is a terrific QB, but he's not particularly mobile. I think that's Michigan's only hope to be honest- they need both Hutchinson & Ojabo to show out and play like the top 10 picks they are both being projected as and to get Stroud on the ground and disrupt his timing with the OSU WRs. IF they can do that- Michigan will have a chance. That's literally the only way.

Praying for 4 hours of cold, high wind, and steady heavy rain/snow starting at 11:30am on Saturday.  Only chance I see for Michigan to win.
A decade of Victory over Penn State.

That matchup should be really interesting. Two first round ends against two potentially first round tackles.

The other side of the ball is good too. Michigan's offense is good, and will be comfortable sustaining long drives running and dinking and dunking down the field. They are custom built against this OSU defense, who I think will struggle to get much pressure on McNamara.

If Michigan can RTDB effectively and pressure the QB ....

I am guessing the line will be something like 10-12?

I was at a bar yesterday, UGA was not on a channel we get, and they were featuring OSU-MSU, there were a lot of MSU fans there, at least initially.  OSU looked entirely dangerous, I think the only way to slow them is extreme pressure on CJ, and limiting the run.

Early Betting Line Released For Ohio State vs. Michigan (thespun.com)

Yup, projected line, whatever that means, 7.5.  I'd take OSU to cover.
