I didn't find the food in Vienna to be exceptional, some places were pretty good. We even did a food tour. I could see having France and Italy ahead of anywhere else, just for the stuff I have liked. We did not dine in Mumbai or Singapore. Hard to devise much of an opinion without dining somewhere many times I think. I've had a LOT better foor in NYC than in NO, but I was only three nights in the latter, and likely missed the good places.
