This thread started ruined. It's a case study in waiting until after the bowl game to start the next season's thread.

The first post should have been the announcement of the next HC's hiring. Instead the first 50 pages are going to be about Sherrone Moore.

Lol.. I completely agree with you. But let's not act like Michigan is the only program that has a lot of questionable things that happen behind the scenes. If we go down that road, let me put on my sweatervest to prepare for it.

The whataboutisms are falling a little flat these days.

Your program is an absolute dumpster fire.

whataboutism is a stupid gay made up word. just my opinion.

hey now, dumpster fire right now but i will take it if it means it means bye bye to Warde Manuel's incompetent ass once and for all, and unless they REALLY fuck up this coaching hire i don't see how there is anyway in hell they do not get a massive coaching upgrade from Sharin' Moore Cock. that dude really was a not ready for prime time way in over his head ass clown. we can all thank Jeem for taking the $16 mil a year NFL bag so late in the game and sticking the middle finger to Michigan and basically forcing Sharin' Moore Cock onto Michigan. don't forget- Sharin' was Jeem's hand picked successor.

imagine if Jeem actually left at a reasonable time and not so late in the game and they actually had time to do a real HC search- Sharin' ain't getting that fucking job- and they probably also have time to get a god damn QB in the porthole. Thanks a lot Jeem.

looking back- this probably should have been clue #1 that he was a mentally unstable reject who would try to kill himself with a butter knife.

the fact that Jeem had this dude and Jesse Minter on the same staff at Michigan is crazy...two of the very best coaches in the entire NFL....couldn't get either to succeed Jeem- instead they got stuck with a dude who tried to kill himself with a fucking butter knife....depressing.

If this was the post-game interview I'm thinking of, then in fact I did say to several people (not here, and they mostly disagreed with me) that he struck me as a very low-character guy.  I knew nothing about him at the time, and I didn't say mentally unstable.  But the problems aren't surprising.  Low character for long enough frequently leads to instability.

I should be cataloging all this so I can note the parallels for irony when Kiffin inevitably burns Death Valley down.

Quit your whining. You got your national title, and so did he. Everyone got what they wanted out of that relationship.

And you believe with all your heart (and you are probably right) that Michigan is a good enough brand that you will immediately get someone who can bring you the next national title.

Not arguing the mess about Michigan.. At all. But don't start questioning if the Michigan fans here(or aplenty outside here) turn into assholes when the success returns because the handful that are getting their rocks off by piling on every angle possible.

Won't be my style, but actions have reactions. Some people prefer to pile on rather than actual discuss their team still being in it and talk football. High school drama queens in middle aged male bodies.

you know what, you're right. i am being a whiny bitch. Jeem got the title.

i don't necessarily think it's the brand of Michigan that will help them get a solid hire- it's the resources. todays game is literally all about who can fire the money cannons into NIL. Michigan always had stupid money at it's disposal but never really put it to use until recently- and that was before the 2nd richest person on planet earth started banging a die-hard Michigan lady.

and i've long thought Sharin' was a dogshit coach- since last year really. think it'd be really hard not to get an upgrade there- you'd have to really screw that hire up somehow for the new guy to be a downgrade.

Kiffin & Sharin' together would be a hell of a two-man duo hollering at the bitches trying to pick up young puss.....good thing they were never on the same coaching staff together.

According to one of the commenters "Why is the world would Elmo want to leave A&M where he has unlimited resources to go to Michigan? Fake news!"He may have a point Texas teams are dripping with donors
