you say he wasn't but were all over him anyway.Make your faking mind up.So is he lying or is M* dumbasses? A few pages back you were on that train
you do realize that I do not make the hiring decision lol?

of course M = dumbasses. have you not noticed what has been going on lately?

they bungled the hit. could've had this guy had they just pushed all the chips into the middle of the table and went all-in on him.

and yes he 1000000% should've been 1A/1B along with Jesse Minter on their coaching boards. but alas, they are retards.

DeBoer is a pipe dream who is never leaving Bama.

at this point, they should just hire Wittingham. would be solid transitional hire.

DeBoer was always a pipe dream.
they bungled the hit on Dillingham.
Minter doesn't want the job- he's going to get an NFL HC gig for 2026 season.
Jedd Fisch is pretty meh imo.

Jason Eck is highly interesting to me. But if it ain't Eck- just give the job to Wittingham and let him stabilize the ship and get it ready for the next guy and call it a fucking day.

Manual has to have someone's party pictures if he passes over Wittingham and survives. Unless someone's pulling his strings

Asode from all of the other shit, everyone knew Harbaugh was leaving after 2023, and he had no plan.  They had been investigating Moore for months, apparently, and he had no plan

Poggi certainly would not be the flashiest hire, causing some Michigan fans to bring up concerns. But Connor Stalions took time to defend Poggi, specifically when it came to his record as Charlotte‘s head coach. Stalions wanted to provide context on the situation Poggi was dealing with.

“Anyone using Biff’s record at Charlotte as a reason why he shouldn’t be the head coach at Michigan is immediately disqualified from being taken seriously,” Stalions said via X.

“You can point to anything else you want to. But pointing to a record at a brand-new FBS program with extremely limited resources, competing in a conference against USF, Memphis, North Texas, Navy, and SMU (at the time), while also playing Florida and Maryland in the non-con, is just silly. I’m sorry, but Vince Lombardi, Bill Belichick, and Nick Saban wouldn’t go .500 if they all coached together with that schedule given what you’re working with there.”

Charlotte is the only time Poggi has been a full-time head coach at the collegiate level. Two games in place of a suspended Sherrone Moore did take place this season, winning them both. However, a pair of seasons for Poggi at Charlotte resulted in a 6-16 record.

As Stalions mentioned, Charlotte is still young when it comes to FBS experience. They made the jump in 2015 as a member of Conference USA. Poggi’s first season, 2023, was when another move to the American took place. There is only one bowl appearance in the 49ers’ history.

Bill Belichick and Nick Saban were on the same staff. The Cleveland Browns.

Exactly. Reminds me of the old Lee Trevino joke... Caught in a lightning storm on the golf course, the most prudent things to do is hold up a 1 iron. Why? "Because not even God can hit a 1 iron."
