he was not likely to start but he was in a 3-way battle for the starting LT position with 2024 starting RT Evan Link (RS Soph.) and RS Fr. Blake Frazier- but 5* true frosh LT Andrew Babalola has suffered an undisclosed injury in camp and will redshirt. WOTS is ACL/knee - but Michigan coaches are extremely tight lipped about injuries.

Babalola is a freak of nature with imposing size but very new to the game football- just started playing in HS as a JR- probably should've redshirted regardless but the injury sucks and will slow his development a bit.

My hope was always that RS Fr. Blake Frazier seizes the LT job- he dealt with some injuries last year and hasn't quite cracked 300 lbs yet- might still be a year away.

ugliest/funkiest throwing motion this side of Tim Tebow?

Jadyn Davis was an early 5* in the recruiting rankings and everyone wanted him- Bama, Clemson, Ohio State, etc.. He ultimately wound up falling to high 4*, top 100ish overall status. Fast forward to his true freshman year at Michigan when he couldn't even get on the field despite the coaches other options being a walk-on Davis Warren and an impressive large athlete that cannot throw the football at all in Alex Orji- who probably should've been playing RB, TE, or LB and not- you know- QB.

Kid couldn't break that field last year, redshirts and seems to have been completely passed over by Bryce Underwood and the two transfers- Mikey Keene (who has missed time with injury) AND Jake Garcia.

this just might be why....oh and the size. he's a bit on the smaller side and not athletic at all- which I feel like in todays game a smallish QB needs to be to compensate for lack of size.

Me neither. Have never really been a fan of narrow vision homer fans that can't be reasonable and that place is the worst of the worst since the old school forums disappeared like rivals and a couple others.
