PSU not exactly on the upswing, already down by two touchbdowns

Penn State down 3-17, difference so far is Nebraska showing big playmaking ability.

edit: wow - cornhuskers scoop & score, 3 -24 Penn State down

Lets see VTech lost to Liberty but is favored by 2 over no.9 Hurricanes.Sumptin'-sumptin'
If I read it right, the liberty game involved a bunch of sustainable stuff going Virginia Tech‘s way and the unsustainable stuff going liberty‘s way

Hoosiers Sparty combine for five TO's already, but only one team can actually score, so Windiana up 17-0

Huh?
Typically sustainable stuff is stuff like efficient offense and defense, while unsustainable stuff is turnovers and other lucky breaks.

Yeah, just got the TV on and tuned to this pillow fight, and thinking I'm going to have to watch anything else.

Been a full morning so far. Took the dog for a walk, hit the driving range, got my shower in while my wife got caught up on Grey's Anatomy, and now ready for some football... Or the Masters, given this lopsided score...

No cooking for me today. FIL's b-day, so we'll go over there for lasagna. Of course it has to be scheduled to start right in the middle of the 2nd half of the Purdue game. I really wish all my people here in Southern California would look at Purdue's football schedule before making plans. Rude.

I got in a run this AM, didn't know if I would.

It might be heretical, but I don't totally get the consumption of GameDay. Maybe I'm a junkie and not a tailgater, but if I'm gonna give 4-14 hours to CFB, I need those three hours for something else. (I suppose if I was tailgating, it would be OK as wallpaper)
I know you're the "Bay Area Badger", but you moved back east somewhere, right? Originally Bay Area, but not any longer?

I personally like Gameday as background noise. But here it's from 6-9 AM, so it's more of something to turn on while I'm getting my morning caffeine into my system than an active "game prep" sort of thing. Especially since the topic of Purdue basically doesn't come up anyway, since we're not a helmet or relevant team at this point.

If it was 9-noon rather than 6-9 AM, I'd be finding other stuff to do. 9-noon is more valuable time that I could actually accomplish something.

Hard to deny it, ACC has delivered the most entertaining football this year.

Typically sustainable stuff is stuff like efficient offense and defense, while unsustainable stuff is turnovers and other lucky breaks.

Typically sustainable stuff is wind or solar power, while unsustainable stuff is fossil fuels. I never heard it in reference in football (and neither has google, causing me to post the 'Huh?' message.)

I guess I still don't understand what your sustainable reply had to do with Va. Tech being favorite over Miami?
