Typically sustainable stuff is wind or solar power, while unsustainable stuff is fossil fuels. I never heard it in reference in football (and neither has google, causing me to post the 'Huh?' message.)

I guess I still on understand what your sustainable reply had to do with Va. Tech being favorite over Miami?
By this logic, Miami should be favored today, due to their 243 days of sunshine per year, over Blacksburg's 215.  Add to that western VA's reliance on coal for power and jobs, and the Canes have it.

Perhaps it's hurricane season's expiring in October that has moved the line?

And we all know it's always sunny in Liberty, save for 3 dark days every spring.

I woke up at 10:30 in my chair.
I said, "damn, it's 10:30!?"
Ate a leftover hamburger.
Printing and cutting while watching Miami @ VT.

Big day!  Gators on at 5:00.

PSU not exactly on the upswing, already down by two touchbdowns
Things are spiraling out of control.

It is weird, they looked pretty good the first two weeks:
  • Losing to Indiana sucked but Indiana looks pretty good and that game just "felt" like an upset.
  • Losing a reasonably competitive game to tOSU isn't anything to be ashamed of.

Then things blew up.

A team that is good at football can still fall victim to random acts of terrible luck that cause them to lose. A team can be crappy at football and get lucky breaks that cause them to win. SP+ and other advanced stats (and Vegas) are looking at that.

I'm telling the egg lobby. Expect a knock on your door to take you to the reeducation camp.

Penn State-Nebraska. The battle of the winless helmets. Who can carry on with perfection in the loss column? Will it resemble a game between two NFL teams that are trying to "tank" for a high draft pick? Or is one of them going to absolutely curbstomp the other into oblivion?

I like the Leos over the Bugs in this one.

Hasn't Nebraska always been on the west sideline?
No. Per a friend in the press box, they haven't been given a reason yet.  Something they've considered for a few years.  Everyone wondering the same.

There's no damn reason we all can't order a pizza at 6am.  No valid excuse we can't enjoy some shrimp fried rice at 8am.
The egg lobby is no joke!

I was hoping the Huskers might punch the Nits in the mouth to see if they if they really wanted to pursue this crap season

One is merely flacid, the other has an extreme case of shrinkage.
