Going to guess that's the first time a player rushed for over 300 yards while their team lost.

Nm.  Can't read a box score apparently.

You would have been wrong anyway. Hell, WVU has had a player rush for over 300 yards twice against Oklahoma in the last 8 years and lost both games.  One of them was a 56-28 blowout.
