Disappointing news. I was hoping to be told that the game had been shipped by now....
I was told there were a dozen orders in front of mine, three weeks ago. Now it seems there are more.
Oh well, if the game eventually turns up. It will be a nice surprise and hopefully it will have been woth the wait...

There are no new, additional orders in front of yours.  We're completing them in chronological order.  If you had ordered earlier, it would get to you earlier.  There is a 100% chance you will get your game order.

Thank you for letting me know. I am sorry if I have been a pain in the proverbial or sounding like the kid in the backseat asking: "are we there yet", repeatedly.
I think that I failed to appreciate how big some of your orders may have been.
 I would have preferred being given the same info in units of time rather than in number of orders.
If you tell me that the wait is likely to be so many weeks from the time of order, it is easier for me to comprehend. I failed to gauge how long 11 orders would take.
Anyway,please accept my apologies for showing a lack of patience.
I think that it is a testament to the attraction of your product that you have been swamped (no pun intended) by orders, and yes I wish that I had found about the game earlier....

I appreciate you checking in, rather than just getting frustrated on your own. 

It's frustrating to not be able to give precise time estimates due to the varied nature of each order.  Recent teams are quick and easy to produce, but teams from the 70s can take hours, due to research.  Before we opened for business, we had mostly national champions created, which isn't what people have been ordering.  
But to get all the players and positions and jersey numbers, sometimes we have to watch old game videos and it can take quite a while.  As for some of our orders - we've had multiple orders of 40+ teams (hundreds of dollars) for one order.  We've even had a couple of customers take only a portion of their order so that we could continue sending out smaller orders - so they've been very gracious and accommodating.  We'll be giving them a nice discount for their selflessness.


Just know that we want to get your order out as quickly and as much as you want to receive it.  Thanks again.

Im gonna hold off on my next pack of teams to order.  Gonna think about this a little more, plus I gotta get a revised logo for you.

Yes, I hope everyone is understanding that while orders are taking too long now, this will not always be the case.  By December, things should have a much quicker turnaround time.


We're anticipating a large number of orders just after the season ends, as we're able to create teams for 2019 immediately.  Most of the other popular football games take a month to six weeks following the season to come out with the most recent season.

Your order is a perfect example of how the process streamlines itself over time.  All 4 teams you picked have already been created, so when it comes time to fill your order and ship it out, I need only print it, cut it, and ship it.  


It's getting through these large orders of many teams yet to be created that's slowing things down.  Still pushing through!!!

YES!!! The game is here. Even a fiendish plot by British custom to hold it for ransom (UK customers please note that you will need to pay custom duty) could not delay the inevitable. The game is here and now is the time to replay some football. Thank you OrangeAfroMan, the game looks good.
