WE hit bottom long ago. Who ever in the hell is running the place hired a once fired has been coach for AD and he hired a guy without experience as HC who isn't any better than what he replaced.

According to Coach Tater Head the players told him JG was the best chance of winning so that's how the selection was made.

Not going to argue that Garantano didn'
t play a horrible game ( he did) but the entire team played horrible.
The team was totally unprepared to play today.
That should be on the coaches rather than any individual players.
Just a personal opinion but think there will be some massive shake ups in line up next week and not just at QB.
Both coordinators did a horrific job adjusting to what Kentucky was doing today.
I thought Priest was going to have a stroke.

the forever issue Pruitt has faced is the QB play... now why he's stuck with JG is over my payscale to know, but... it's obvious he has some sort of allegiance to him that defies reason...

some dude i follow on twitter fancies himself a film guy.. he's in hyper drive attempting to explain how it's not "ALL" JG's fault.. and I do believe the lady doth protest too loudly- because ALL of this is JG or surrounding him.

the team straight up quit today. after the second pick six, they straight up quit.

but enough of that.

Bailey made one ill advised pass. the other was well covered but placed properly- and likely much to the amazement of the receiver who saw his number called and stopped to catch it... if he hadn't stopped? it would have been six (because he was standing in the end zone). point is- not only does Bailey need some game time, receivers need game time WITH Bailey. the first pass from bailey was a bit wobbly- and thrown with trepidation... but- it was accurate and had just the right loft on it- it WAS NOT the first check in the series- he checked three and came back to the first receiver- something JG doesn't do.

he will be three times the QB once the team adjusts to him that JG has ever been. that puts him in the middle of the SEC pack... by next season? He has potential.

it IS Pruitt's fault for backing a non-player for as long as he has. JG isn't a baller. he may 'practice' well, but he can't play.

Some of the players are the ones who picked JG for QB and I'll leave at that but I'll let you simmer on it as to why.

Pruitt has said numerous times the players think JG is the best chance for them winning that's why he starts.

So why the hell are we paying him millions if he lets the players and probably homies of JG tell him to start the guy?

It's starting to smell and looks like Tater Head is not in control. With some of the penalties and the team looking unprepared it would seem there is a lack of discipline too.

I would guess the losses to GaState and BYU were a nadir. The 8 wins over mediocre teams tended to mask that.

The bad loss to UK of course is unmaskable.
