I reckon November is about as long as Kiffin's attention span can last with us, so this checks out more and more.  

Sark will be needing a new job, LSU will be needing a new coach.....it's all lining up again.  

Nah, Sark's gonna get fired before that happens.  Losses this season @Tennessee, @LSU, @ Texas A&M, and to OU in Dallas, are gonna put him on the hotseat by the end of November.

You ain't fooling us.  I understand why you have to do it.  

Nah I don't think Texas will actually lose all of those games.

But Texas isn't going to run the table either.  I don't think anybody would against that schedule.

Maybe the 93 Cowboys or 86 Bears, but nobody else.

I just hope our players arent thinking along those same lines

Yep. Just doing the math where you're favored in every game, meaning individually you're expected to win that one game, like in the 60-80% range. 
Combining all those expectations means you're about 30% likely to go undefeated. 

Then, remember that this is a game played by 18-23 (or so) year old men where the ball is pointy and bounces funny. The VY led MNC season featured a pass clanging off the hands of a tOSU fullback (or TE) and flying into the air incomplete. If that gets caught, Texas loses. Last Saturday's game featured several funny bounce fumbles that would have ended the Texas comeback. Those are just ones I immediately recall.

Not sure where it was said that Texas would go u defeated. I think the only thing that was said is that this was shaping up to be a special season. Special Season ™️

I would say that we stunk up the joint on Saturday with that showing against Kentucky.  In fact, I’ll say it: We stunk up the joint. 

It turns out that when you have all new coordinators on both offense and defense, and a mostly new an inexperienced offensive line you’re going to struggle.  It doesn’t help probably that you’re old DC now works for your opponent, but it really shouldn’t matter.  

Love him or hate him, Elko is going to go for it a lot on 4th down.  I guess when it works you love it, and when it doesn’t work you hate it. At least I do. I think we were down like 14-7 or 21-7, 4th and 2 or something, at our own 30-40 yard line, and we go for it. Reed was flushed out of the pocket, or maybe it was designed that way. Either way he was throwing on the run and had a guy wide open and just missed it. 

I was really surprised that our defense struggled so hard, and they struggled last week as well vs ASU even though the final score was very lopsided, I didn’t think we played that well for 3 quarters. 

Reed looks like he’s regressing, back to a 50% passer.  Lot of missed easy throws, lot of unforced INTs.  I’m not even sure who our #2 guy is, but I won’t be surprised if he gets some playing time soon.
