I reckon November is about as long as Kiffin's attention span can last with us, so this checks out more and more.  

Sark will be needing a new job, LSU will be needing a new coach.....it's all lining up again.

Eh, I was just shit posting.  I don't per se have a beef with it, it just seems  a little odd that LSU get so much preference for night games.  I more mad/sad that A&M doesn't get seemingly very many night games at all, and some of those games are marquee games.  

I'd say that having a game at night in an electric atmosphere like Baton Rouge does give LSU a slight advantage.  Just a raucous rowdy crowd, even more so at night.

Nah I don't think Texas will actually lose all of those games.

But Texas isn't going to run the table either.  I don't think anybody would against that schedule.

Maybe the 93 Cowboys or 86 Bears, but nobody else.

I just hope our players arent thinking along those same lines

they need to stay angry and only looking ahead one game at a time

Just wondering if anyone else feels their leg being pulled a little when reading your posts

also we need more Mathew on the sidelines and fewer sideline reporters

Why does everyone assume I'm dissembling when I suggest that Texas won't go undefeated against what is likely the toughest schedule in the nation?  When's the last time the Texas Longhorns went undefeated?  What are the odds of an undefeated season, for ANY team in college football?

Yep. Just doing the math where you're favored in every game, meaning individually you're expected to win that one game, like in the 60-80% range. 
Combining all those expectations means you're about 30% likely to go undefeated. 

Then, remember that this is a game played by 18-23 (or so) year old men where the ball is pointy and bounces funny. The VY led MNC season featured a pass clanging off the hands of a tOSU fullback (or TE) and flying into the air incomplete. If that gets caught, Texas loses. Last Saturday's game featured several funny bounce fumbles that would have ended the Texas comeback. Those are just ones I immediately recall.

If there are 7 games you have a 90% chance of winning, you have less than 50% chance of winning them all.

At 80%, it's four games.
