Well in any case, here we go!

I've got meetings all afternoon, gonna be tough to catch any of the game.  Here's hoping for a good result.

Good guys win this one. Hitting overcame a non-dominant, but still respectable, pitching performance.

I get way too many phonecalls and texts from family and friends when the Horns are playing.  I can't ever watch Texas sports time-delayed.  I did manage to catch a few pitches of this one here and there, between conference calls.

Yup, I'll take it.  This team is gritty and finds ways to win.  They're fun to watch.

The Tennessee coaches need to lay off the coffee

They got really intense

I almost think I could have stolen 2nd on the Tennessee catcher

Rumors are that LSU is pursuing Vitello.  I guess now that UTenn is out of the tourney, we'll see if there's any truth to that.

Well there you have it.  Just not enough timely hitting when we needed it.  But this team definitely over-achieved compared to where I thought they'd end up, back in the regular season.

Share of the B12 title, Final Four in Omaha.  They done good.

Nebraska baseball added a big piece to its coaching staff on Sunday per a program source, as the Huskers will bring on former Texas A&M head coach and Husker pitching coach Rob Childress as its director of player development.

Childress did not have his contract renewed at Texas A&M after 16 seasons as the program's head coach. During his time in College Station, Childress went 622-336-1, and helped Texas A&M to a pair of College World Series appearances. Prior to coaching at Texas A&M, Childress served as Nebraska's pitching coach for eight seasons, helping the program to five NCAA Tournament appearances and three trips to the College World Series.

Looks like both programs will benefit from this

that's the idea when changes are made

doesn't always work that way

I'd guess Childress is solid and will help the Huskers
