Well, as of today, 18 November, the answer to the OP question is "No, the Horns are not really playing a game next saturday".

KU got the rona and canceled.

Well, right now, it's rescheduled to 12 Dec.

Texas is:

home to ISU
at KSU
at KU
vs CCG

in the coming four weeks, Lord willin'.

I would have much rather played the KU game this week and taken on ISU (I see the blender-birds as our largest obstacle) next week. I'm encouraged at how the team is working out some of the bugs on defense. I think health and consistency on offense will improve. Playing a practically warmup game before ISU would have been ideal.

Normally I would agree but Im for getting this game behind us

I see no reason to delay

If ISU is the better team then so be it but if we win then that will be a huge leg up

in a very difficult year

Has it reached "worse than 1969" status yet?

CW you must be thinking of 1968

You're right, 320.  '69 was bad enough, but '68 was the worst of that era.
