I guess 4 of the top 15 today turtled, I'll take it. Don't really wanna be ranked 1,2 or 3 for a few weeks though
#2 BYU traveled to Florida
#7 Ole Miss Traveled to Texas
#8 Texas Tech traveled to Concy
#11 Vols traveled to South Carolina
#15 Iowa traveled to Minnesooota
#16 USC traveled to Wisconsin

It's tuff to win on the road, especially crossing long distances and time lines

In a conference with Michigan, Penn State, USC, and Oregon, this is the top 6 teams for the moment....

That’s why the USC we are going to see next Saturday night will be a different animal.
Home night game, across the time zones, new first time QB for OSU.  NOT FUN.

Two former Badger assistants were canned this weekend.

Dave Doeren by NC State (HC since 2013)
Dave Aranda by Baylor (HC since 2020)

I'd take Aranda back on defense, even though Tressel seems to have broken through.

Bruins/Trojans now finding that out all those decades the Big had to play in their back yard. Difference is back in the day we in the midwest were getting use to freezing temps then flown into their semi-tropical digs  takes assimilation to the body that didn't come with just a week there. Not inferring those teams weren't good just a very nice HFA built in - every year

Not only that but Riley's seat evidentlty is getting hotter so he'll be pulling out all the stops
And then they have to travel back to indiana after next week. If the Spoilt Children drop those two, USC drops their Lincoln IMO and I'd like to find out

We just learned you don't need a QB to beat USC....Badgers had 58 yds passing and won comfortably.

Yep, B10 fans have that excuse built-in to all the old bowl games in Florida, too.  It's weird that they insisted on locating these games where it wasn't 12 degrees.  Stupid, really.
