This latest apartment I've moved into has obvious long-term water damage, but they don't want to hear it.

The floor by the tub is soft-ish, the inside back backing under the bathroom sink is sunken/bowed, and along the kitchen flooring, it's fraying up along the seams.

I know water damage, but they won't care until my foot goes though the floor or my entire shower/tub falls down into the first-floor bathroom.

Their problem, I guess.
