I am starting to come to grips with the probability Coach Bielema could lead another Big Ten team to a divisional title.

This would be his first.

At kid's travel baseball all weekend, so just watching it now DVRd.  I wasn't sure MSU could win if they capitalized on all of their chances.  Instead they committed a million stupid penalties, and dropped three easy interceptions, and screwed up yet another FG snap.  Last week was the first week Reed was even close to 100%, and seeing him at 100% this week, it's clear how damn good he is.  When he got hurt, I said I thought WR was our deepest position, so as good as he was, it wasn't as big a deal as it seemed.  I was very wrong.  He's not just our best offensive player, he's that by a mile.  Him in there completely changes this offense.  I did say Xavier Henderson's presence is a game changer, and I was right about that.  Even fully healthy, which his full leg cast, and leaving the field after every contact proves he's not, he's never the most physically talented on the field.  But he's the defensive captain for a reason.  Even a decade ago, he would be expendable.  Dantonio famously didn't even trust Cousins to audible at the line.  And that wasn't out of whack for the time.  Now, third string, true freshmen QBs are expected to read the defense pre-snap.  Losing 7 starters is never good, but the problem was the guy at each level responsible for adjustments (Slade, Snow, Henderson) were all out.  A pretty solid MSU Twitter account broke down how Tanner Morgan adjusted at the the line every play, and MSU did not.  This still is not a good defense, but in 2022 college football, if you aren't adjusting at the line, you can't do anything.  The presnap adjustments are something we haven't seen since the WMU game

Except for when Wisconsin won the Leaders Division in 2011.

That was 2012.  He won it legitimately in 2011

Memory not as good anymore. I was thinking the first CCG was 2012, that he didn't actually win.

Still trying to figure out how Bert lost two games in 2011.

Took 2 Russell Wilson interceptions, a blocked punt to set up a touchdown, and a hail mary for a good MSU team to barely beat them at home
